Proper folder organization on the home screen

Software groups exist but they don't behave like folders and don't appear on the home row. With a hundred games installed, the home screen is unusable. This has been the top community request for years.

Even 20 folders with 200 games each would be enough. It doesn't need to be nested or clever.

Plus a search that includes games you own but haven't installed. Half the pain is not remembering what's in the library.
