A 'coming back soon' list for discontinued seasonal items

Half the internet mourns a discontinued item every month. Publish a simple page: what's leaving, what's returning, and when. It costs nothing and would save the store's own crew members from answering the same question two hundred times a day.

The crew members would love this more than the customers. They get asked about the same three items constantly.

Careful though — publishing a return date creates an expectation, and supply for seasonal items is genuinely unpredictable. Maybe just 'returning' vs 'gone for good' with no date.

That's a fair narrowing. 'Gone for good' is the answer people actually want anyway.
