Let me set a hard budget cap in the app before I shop

I set $120 before walking in. As I scan items into my cart the app shows a running total against that cap and warns me before I go over. Target already has the scanner in the app — this is mostly a UI layer on top of it.

Would want this to include tax estimate, otherwise you blow the cap at the register anyway.
