Print a repair QR code on every garment tag
Every Patagonia item already has a care tag. Add a QR code that opens a repair guide specific to that exact garment — how to patch that jacket's shell, which thread weight to use, where the nearest Worn Wear repair event is. Right now the repair content exists but you have to go hunting for it, and most people never do. Putting it on the tag means the moment something tears, the fix is one scan away. This would extend garment life without shipping a single new product.
