Hiding a song is not the same as telling the algorithm to stop. Give me a persistent block at the artist level that actually holds across every autogenerated playlist, radio station, and daily mix. Right now the same artist reappears within a week no matter what I do.
The current sleep timer stops the audio abruptly, which wakes you up — the exact opposite of the point. A 90-second volume fade would fix it. This is maybe a day of work.
Credits exist in the app but take four taps to reach. Put the writer and producer under the artist name on the main screen. It's how listeners discover the people behind the music, and it costs one line of UI.
