Print a repair QR code on every garment tag

Every Patagonia item already has a care tag. Add a QR code that opens a repair guide specific to that exact garment — how to patch that jacket's shell, which thread weight to use, where the nearest Worn Wear repair event is. Right now the repair content exists but you have to go hunting for it, and most people never do. Putting it on the tag means the moment something tears, the fix is one scan away. This would extend garment life without shipping a single new product.

Adding to this — the QR should also log the repair. If you can see that a jacket has been patched twice, that's a real ownership record and it makes the resale value legible on Worn Wear.

That's better than what I wrote. A repair log turns the tag into a provenance record instead of just a help link.

One concern: care tags get cut out constantly because they itch. Might be worth printing it inside the pocket instead, or heat-transferring it so there's no tag to remove.
