What is Pitch Companies?
A public, permanent record of what customers ask real companies to change. Anyone can post an idea or petition for a company, back it, and see whether the company has actually responded — tracked openly, not left to disappear in a support inbox.
What does "verified" mean next to a vote count?
Anyone can back an idea instantly, with or without an account. "Verified" counts only the backers who did it through a real, signed-in Supabase account — that's the number quoted in the Signal Report and sent to companies.
What does a "customer" badge on a vote mean?
It's self-reported: a signed-in backer checked a box saying they're an actual customer of that company. It isn't independently verified against a receipt or purchase record — see the Methodology page for exactly what is and isn't checked.
Can a company pay to remove or rank an idea?
No. Nobody can pay to have an idea promoted, suppressed, or removed from any leaderboard on this site.
